Shipping Policy
Nirma Intan Patel Sdn Bhd currently ships within West Malaysia regions only.
We do provide Courier Delivery and Delivery of Bulky Product(s).
Your purchased product(s) normally will take up to 7 to 10 working days to reach. However, please allow some delays due to courier service scheduling.
In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong product or damaged products being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days and a replacement will be delivered upon checking and identifying by our relevant team.
Courier Delivery:
For door-to-door delivery, we will attempt to deliver your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule.
We will deliver your order to your door-step or someone you have authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
Extra Charger For Upper Level Delivery Service (Without Lift But Below 7th Floor):
- <50kg/consignment: FREE
- 51kg - 100kg/consignment: Rm20
- 101kg - 150kg/consignment: Rm100
- 151kg - 300kg/consignment: Rm120
- 301kg - 500kg/consignment: Rm180
- >500kg/consignment: Not provided
Delivery of Bulky Product(s)
After order confirmation, our Logistics Department will need 3-10 days before the delivery proposed date to take place.
For any changes or enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 3-days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangement.
In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 10-days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response, your order will be cancelled without refunds.
